Our Soul can use the feeling of abandonment as a message, as it is a difficult feeling to suppress. This message can gain our attention to notice we are being “taken for granted,” to an unhealthy extent. A normal reaction is panic and self defense, resulting in confusion. Soul’s intention is to allow us to realize for ourself that standing deeply in our own Truth, and reconnecting to DivineLove will shift these aspects back in to alignment, remembering we can never be truly abandoned by Love.

In the last few decades, we have increasingly allowed our personal self-worth to be influenced by material wealth, and the perceptions/judgements of others. This narrow and temporary foundation has a visible effect upon our growing societal issues. In past times, personal self-worth was based on our personal skills (handmade items, food grown, etc.), and the ability to contribute to our society. Perhaps “modern” conveniences were missing back then, but happiness, a clear sense of belonging/having value, community, and peace were a natural component of more realistic self-worth. Trauma alters our perceptions, therefore limits our choices, and the freedom to make loving, healthy ones. It is then that trauma no longer separates us from our Souls, each other, and our True Selves.

Presently in our world, societal perception of money influences our community attitude, as a basis for possessiveness, greed, fear, and lack of abundance. Truly, money is merely an expression of energy, represents many things, and provides many choices. Our very language provides insight when we use the word ‘currency’ to describe money. Perhaps more simplistic, yet beneficial, is to view money as only two influences in one’s life: security and encumbrance. When these two aspects are in a healthy balance, then there is freedom! As our awareness of money merely representing our personal energy, time, and skills increases, the relative value of everything shifts, we are empowered by a clearer view, and our security that does not solely depend upon arbitrary money, grows. The more we value our personal well-being, the encumbrance of money becomes less, and the two aspects shift into a healthier balance.
Dedication to managing this balance wisely for security and pleasure, is ultimately a way to share LOVE.

“Being stuck” is a common human experience in today’s complicated world. It is also a wonderful opportunity to understand one way that energy works. When one is “stuck,” the tendency is to remain in that perception and forget we are having the entire experience from that foundational perception. If there is a major obstacle, we tend to push, and exert energy in only that one direction. However, this type of energy has a fundamental aspect of its own vibrational movement – back and forth, in and out, wave-like essence. When we are “stuck,” this energy builds up, and we can experience frustration, anger, depression, helplessness, and self-doubt; all of which are unpleasant, causing friction from the build-up. This is merely creating encouragement and momentum for a release back to balance of more peaceful, natural energetic movement. Understanding this aspect provides us with an easier way to become “unstuck,” using this very same energy. One aspect of the energy of an obstacle is to “push back.” We may perceive this as resistance, but it is merely another reminder of the fundamental nature of this energy: to exist freely in its natural wave-like essence. When we understand this aspect, we can create without obstacles, our consciousness easily aligns with this energy’s nature…. FLOW. Choosing to create from a place of Divine Love removes all limits and allows the Intelligence of Divine Love to flourish and permeate our experience.

Validation is a challenge for us as rational, embodied beings, and as Souls.
We look for validation, meaning to look outside our Self, to others…that make judgements based upon their perceptions…drawing us further from our inner Self.
This is normal in our current world, and repeatedly reinforced by societal institutions, such as schools, government, news, and entertainment media.
For healthy validation, Soul is dimensionally-challenged to provide attention-getting, comfortable, desirable validation that the rational mind and emotional self is willing to seek.
Remember to Love yourself first; therein lies the opportunity for Soul to provide the experience of validation. Love yourself, trust your Divine nature, this well is always full.
It is not the eyes, but the open Heart that allows us to see the Truth.

Gratitude provides us with an enhanced dimension of experience. To begin the experience of gratitude merely requires a shift in perception. Making the choice to shift your perception to include gratitude during an event, experience, or trauma, is a perceptual shift, in and of itself. This act of Trust allows SoulSelf to shift your awareness to include Gratitude in a manner perfect in time for you. Your awareness of the presence of Gratitude allows self-judgement, fear, confusion, and self-doubt to recede.

The greater your focus is on the presence of Gratitude, the more empowering and unlimited your choices become. The greater your awareness of unlimited choices becomes, the more you will experience true Freedom. This state of awareness connects you clearly and Joyously to Soul….an experience for which to be truly grateful….

As physical entities, why do we view maintaining the Soul Connection on a daily basis as a monumental challenge? Our judgement surrounding a perfect moment of insight, or amazing moments with Soul tends to separate it from day-to-day events. The rational mind, in its normal functioning has difficulty processing the fullness of the experience, and ultimately fears its inability to recreate the experience in detailed memory.

It is normal for us to focus on our purpose as divine beings: having a “physical” experience. The very nature of that focus often requires us to become so deeply involved, we forget our Selves…a perfectly wonderful and freeing choice, because we ARE eternal.

When we have those indescribable Soul “interactions”, our SELF is reminding our SELF how deeply we are Loved, and empowering us to effortlessly choose more of that Divine awareness day to day. Embracing that opportunity without judging ourselves, lets SoulSelf know we are ready to experience that Joy day to day, in whatever way is perfect for us. Lack of judging Self lets Soul know you are willing to TRUST in your Soul’s Divine wisdom and ability to Love its physical Self. If only for a moment, choosing to let go of self– judgement provides a “space” in your awareness for Soul to “turn up the volume” of your connection to SoulSelf, every day. If you exist, you are “connected” to/are your Soul; if you want more continuity, allow your Soul “ more space” in your comfort zone.

As Souls, our very essence is Unconditional Love. When we choose to enter the physical plane, much of our Divinity arrives with us. Inherent in that Divinity is the ability to choose freely, without fear and judgement. Providing the opportunity to experience free choice in the physical world is exercising our Divine ability to create. Remembering this daily allows us to connect more often with our SoulSelf, and through that awareness, empower ourselves to consistently make better and more loving choices.
As Souls, we exist in Unconditional Love – with no conditions and no limits. As Souls, true free choice on the physical plane translates as ALL choices. Hence, we have suffering, trauma, and cruelty available as choices, allowing us to experience empathy, compassion, and courage, as well as Joy, fun, and contentment.
When we are truly challenged, fearful, and disconnected, the choice we CAN make is to remember we are always free to choose our FOCUS. As human beings, we can instantly change our focus, just by remembering we can. Merely attempting this gives Soul the opening to shift our perceptions and continue to change our awareness of ourselves AND the experience. Once a shift is made, each successive shift empowers us to make more, until we are comfortably connected to Soul and clarity is reachable. Now, even more choices are available.
As this understanding becomes our state of awareness more frequently during interactions and challenging situations, we are now able to choose our focus more readily and effortlessly. Thus, in turn allowing us the opportunity to connect with the experience of others, we can know of THEIR focus, and make better informed choices.   ~Wendy Joy Tuttle~

The example of Love you live for your children is one of the greatest gifts you will ever give. To truly give something to our children, we must first know it/be it within ourselves. In today’s world, fear often prevents us from knowing/loving our true Self, making it difficult to experience or give “authentic” Love to another. “Authentic” SelfLove includes self respect, allowing healthy boundaries to be chosen. When we demonstrate the values of healthy boundaries, we encourage our children to navigate their world from a place of confidence and self-worth. This is a gift of the heart, as “authentic” SelfLove   is Unconditional Love. Each of us exists with Unconditional Love at our core essence. When we choose to focus on our Unconditional Love essence, our children naturally resonate with their own. We have now offered our children an awareness of limitless Self-empowerment and SelfLove. As we have developed the human rational mind, complexity has become an interesting component. This unique aspect of the rational mind construct fits easily into today’s advanced world. Often, the rational mind thrives on complexity, which provides activity, stimulation, and engagement. This then provides the third-dimensional perception of useful existence, and therefore validation. Complexity has become a lynchpin in the structure of the rational mind experience. This is a challenge for the Soul in expanding the dimensional awareness of the rational mind.

However, the more complex an experience or situation, the more difficult it is to not be caught up in the complexity. The very nature of the rational mind is to question, analyze, and solve; easily drawn back to engage again and again. As we choose to develop our Divine Self- awareness, the rational mind’s attraction to complexity becomes an intriguing challenge for Soul.

As humans, our challenge is to recognize complexity as merely an option, not a necessity to exist. The development of SoulSelf awareness provides the opportunity for an expansion of the rational mind, and the freedom to engage in a new dimensional experience.

“Healing” is merely a perception we use to stimulate our reception to the many choices awaiting us IN that experience. For those studying, working and practicing to be healers, Soul asks you to remember what you already know in a new manner. As humans, we search for understanding, but become easily distracted by information. Information can be helpful if it keeps the rational mind stimulated to continue its search. When the search is not limited to information, perceptual shifts become easier, and more frequent. It is then that the search can expand beyond information.

As for “true healing,” and all that we hope it to be, you must “have it” in the first place, to give/facilitate it. In life, shifting our perceptions is an empowering experience, but the greatest power exists between “gears.” Soul “power” is greatest when our perceptions do not interfere with our potential.

Often, we are unaware of changing our perceptions until something outside of us reflects back to us differently. It is then that we notice the change, and may contemplate the cause.
